The Kids Have Cauldrons
I’ve recently been made aware of a new form of alchemy that’s being disguised as soup. You read that right, many people have been actively using crockpots (read: cauldrons) in their homes and dorm rooms to make some sort of never-ending health potion that the kids are calling Perpetual Stew.
While I am sure that you are familiar with the concept of a stew, a perpetual stew is one that is unending.
Sure, the concept sounds magical and like a form of meal planning solace, but it’s truly dark sided.
The reason this stew is perpetual is because people just keep adding stuff to the stew remnants. Yep, they keep a cup or two of the origin stew and using it as the base for their new stew ingredients.
That wouldn’t be problematic after one or two servings of stew, but you must know that these stews have been seen being brewed for months.
That seems problematic to me from a food safety perspective.

It am bringing this up today because I feel that it’s my divine duty to sound the alarm. You cannot eat stew from people you do not know and trust. Because the stew you may be served could be a perpetual.
This leads me to ask you, would you knowingly craft or consume a perpetual stew?
POLL: Would You Knowingly Craft or Consume Perpetual Stew?
Sorry. I’ll be back next week with more ideas (maybe). I also have a photo shoot next weekend so i might skip the week all together… or maybe I will write a behind the scenes edition.
What do you think?
